The villa stands out for a mix between modern facilities and materials (kitchens, bathrooms) and the elegance of antique furniture, carpets, paintings from the 1900s (living and bedrooms). The apartments are named after the painters of the paintings hanging in the bedrooms. On the ground floor Raffaello "Madonna della seggiola", on the first floor Botticelli "Madonna del libro" and Signorelli "Madonna col bambino" on the topfloor. Each apartment has a safe, wifi, sat tv, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Botticelli is the charming apartment on the first floor accessed by an external staircase. From the small balcony with wicker chairs you can admire the stunning landscape of Cortona and the Valdichiana.
The elegant living room is characterized by the ceiling with exposed beams 5 meters high and by the large fireplace. The small kitchen is fully equipped.
There is one bedroom with double bed, one with twin beds, and two bathrooms. The large double room opens onto the countryside below and the furniture represents carefully the perfect Tuscan style. On the wall there is a copy of the „Madonna of the book“ by Sandro Botticelli (Milan, Museo Poldi Pezzoli).

The spacious kitchen is equipped with ceramic glass cooking tops, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer. There is one bedroom with double bed, one with twin beds, and two bathrooms. On the wall of the double bedroom hangs a copy of the „Madonna della seggiola“ by Raffaello (Firenze, Palazzo Pitti).
In the practical closet, guests can store their suitcases and find a vacuum cleaner. Being on the ground floor means you have direct access to the elegant gazebo surrounded by jasmine hedges and climbing roses. Here you can spend your evenings chatting with friends, enjoying Tuscan specialties and tasting the excellent wines of this area.
Signorelli is a very intimate flat, a “love nest” particularly suitable for a couple, surrounded by a large lawn, roses and rosemary bushes.
The apartment has a cosy living room kitchen with sofa bed, fireplace and a dining table. A little terracotta staircase leads to the bedroom and bathroom. On the wall there is a copy of the “Madonna with child” by Luca Signorelli (New York, Metropolitan Museum of Art).
Table and chairs in the small terrace will allow you to have breakfast, read a good book or watch the sunset quietly surrounded by nature.
