The minimum stay at San Martino agli Ulivi is one week, from Saturday to Saturday, in high and mid season (June-September) for all the properties with exclusive use of the pool. In low season, depending on availability, you can book only one or two apartments and request different days of arrival/departure. The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Check-in is from 16.00 to 20.00. Check-out time is by 10.00.
Any changes in arrival and departure times must be agreed upon with the owners.
Linens are changed weekly, and more often for an additional charge. For stays of two weeks clean linen is delivered on Friday morning. Change of linen and cleaning of the rooms can be requested and paid at the end of the stay.
The town of Cortona stipulates a tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night, tobe paid up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. It does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay at the villa.
Small pets are allowed on request.
A deposit of € 500 will be required upon arrival.
A 30% deposit is required at booking by bank transfer (non-refundable deposit). Balance must be paid at least one week before arrival.
